Effective cost structure
Additionally, we aimed to create a cost-effective structure for the facility's operation, enabling scalability for future expansions. Our approach involved direct engagement with farmers, utilizing boots-on-the-ground strategies to identify target areas. Understanding the intricacies of the local milk trade was crucial in crafting a proposition that offered significant benefits to farmers, including fair pricing per liter of milk.
Through our efforts, we successfully recruited 35 reliable farmers over a span of three months, ensuring daily milk deliveries to the facility. Continuous feedback sessions with the farmers allowed us to refine our processes and address any concerns promptly, ensuring ongoing improvement.
